- What do you love about your company's/organization's brand?
It’s authentic and genuine… where art and nature meet… who else has that? Nationally, that’s very special – not many can claim to have both.
- What aspirations do you have for the future of your brand?
That word of mouth outpaces advertising impact.
- Do you see campaigns that inspire or depress you?
My favorite campaign is PEMCO Insurance’s “you’re one of us”. It demonstrates they know their customer, that they think outside of the box, and they’re entertaining and memorable.
- If you weren't doing what you do now for a living, what is it you would like to be doing?
No question, I’d like to be in a band on tour. I really wish I had taken up piano.
- Where is your favorite local spot to take out-of-town guests?
Mount Rainier, or the waterfront village at Gig Harbor.
- If you were to write a book, what would it be about?
Oh, so many choices. If I thought it would sell, I would write a book about our responsibility as leaders to mentor youth.
